Years ago I posted a weekly “growing gratitude” post as a way to stay grounded and joyful. Studies show people who practice daily gratitude are more optimistic, more likely to make and stick with healthy lifestyle habits like exercise and good food choices, and enjoy better relationships. Practicing gratitude is something that helped me tremendously through the difficult times of losing both parents and experiencing a painful divorce. As I seek to experience more joy and contentment in my life, I am committing myself to the practice of gratitude once again. I will share weekly Growing Gratitude posts on the blog each Tuesday.
